can anybody direct me towards someplace i can get ahold of a copy of 'brotherhood of the wolf'? i badly want any decent, clean copy in any format, BUT it must be of the french version with subtitles.

and here is my main reason for wanting one:

she looks a lot like kachiko of L5R here. *O*

please, please i just want to see monica bellucci nekkid the damn movie again. ToT

after a recent mishap i still have mayor sonny belmonte's voice ringing in my ears, "wag maging kabit" complete with innocent pudgy look on face. rofl.

it is my firm belief, however, that piracy is the poor man's way of saying, "damn you, capitalists!"

*cough*

i was so rooting for kahlen. ;_; i noticed naima right from the start as the likely winner, but midway into the series i noticed the quiet kahlen and i just fell in love with her more and more as the series went by.

actually 3 episodes from the finale i accidentally found out that naima was the winner in one of the fairly-recent issues of people magazine that my uncle liked to send from the US. an article featured what happened to the winners of america's next top model, that none of them really didn't make it to supermodel status nor made big waves in the fashion industry. it's sad really. they just turned out to be reality show winners, instead of top models.

the entertainment channel advertised they would be showing cycle 5 soon. i would be excited, but thanks to the mag i already know who the winner is. talk about major spoiler. =_=

but back to kahlen. ♥ to the fact that she smokes, ♥ kasi kalog sya kasama, ♥ at her shy embarrassment when people found out she's never had a boyfriend.

knowing naima was going to win, the most tense moment for me was the announcement of the second finalist, a contest between keenyah and kahlen. when kahlen was picked, aru was startled when i suddenly yelled, "hah, take that keenyah!!" XD don't like keenyah too much. =_=

naima had it in the bag during the finals; she really owned the runway i must admit. but kahlen really is pretty and her most kick-ass pic was this one where she portrayed wrath as one of the seven deadly sins. check out the rest of her portfolio!

i hope that she pursues her dream of modelling by applying in agencies because i think she has future in it.

have been able to watch tv after quite some time. i sorely missed being a couch potato, channel surfing and all. it's nice finally having cable in my room.

notes:

american idol: katharine mcphee, i'm so yours!! lol. i like her voice a lot. she has that effortless feel about her singing that's just so.. so. her attitude so far is ok. attitude is a big thing in a celebrity for me. a hint of major celebrity complex, i throw her out my window. XD

csi: new season: the ads are spoiling the damned episodes for me. like that "every mother's nightmare" episode. half the episode they lead you to believe that the son is dead or missing, but the ad already showed that the "son" is alive and reportedly has two mothers. talk about bad advertising.

grey's anatomy: i like what i've seen so far, and you can appreciate the episodes without much series background. no big celebrities in the series, which is a big plus for me.

scrubs: or was it scrub? a bit too slapstick for me, but it does have its moments. XD

house, m.d.: still the best imo. ^^ though i have to turn up the volume sometimes to catch his mutterings haha.

project runway: i like the concept minus the drama that comes with reality shows. XD it's great they focused on designers this time. i like going over and criticizing their designs based on my own fashion sense, which i think will not survive in the fashion world LOL. hope they minimize focusing on the attitude problems, not all people watch reality tv to bash other people with complexes much like their own jeez.

america's next top model: i recently discovered i am consumed with morbid fascination watching the models lose their composure and grace and hauteur when they hear their names called indicating they reach the next level. o_o honestly, i like the show with the make-overs and photo shoots. frustrations, frustrations. lol. admit it or not, everybody does want to be a supermodel.
